This position was a part of the DMS 100 Response Team metrics, and support. Firstly, in order to track Emergency responses, and the turn around times/ system down times, a metric report was compiled and displayed each month for global customers. Secondly, our group and some of my tasks were to check in, and test propagated patches using the PLS library. |
| This position was administrative for the most part, and most of my time was spent creating the website and the website elements to present the data. |

| As well as this, I was a major contributor to the ISO process developing guidelines, and documentation on how to perform this task. I published this as a report, as well as a website. |
